I worked remote with an enterprise printing design team in Boise, ID and global partners. I led mobile and responsive design projects and user experience strategies focusing on a unified user experience. Many projects were cross-platform solutions covering multiple user roles. Deliverables included detailed mockups, user journeys, pattern and layout documents, prototypes, and usability testing guides.
I maintained and updated the existing Kansas Medicaid system. I designed visual system references and copywrite documents for a complete Medicaid system overhaul to be used in 23 states.
I worked closely with OneView database management web app developer team to deliver wireframe mockups, outlining specific user interactions and hardware behaviors. Created and maintained highly detailed design reference materials.
I led peripheral and device management design projects to deliver the award-winning VideoXpert enterprise level video surveillance system. This was a complete system overhaul that involved working with project teams to strategize, scope, create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing.
I led design strategy, project scoping, conducted competitive and user research, created use case flows, information architecture, wireframe and hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes,
and conducted usability testing for professional fitness products.
